Working as a Nanny

This course familiarises students with the tasks and responsibilities expected of a professional nanny.

Child Development

This course covers the stages and milestones of young children and teaches caregivers how to support children as they grow.

Baby Care Essentials

This course prepares learners to confidently provide care to babies during their first few months of life.

Caring for Children

This course teaches nannies how to keep children healthy and safe throughout the day.

Healthy Living

This course is designed to educate students about positive lifestyle choices for themselves and the children in their care.

    These courses are designed to prepare nannies for a fulfilling career in caring for children while helping them develop a solid understanding of how children grow, learn, and thrive. These courses offer a comprehensive foundation, empowering nannies to support children in reaching their full potential. 
  • Certifications Included

    Upon successful completion of thess course,s students will earn an International Nanny Institute certificate. Issued by a reputable, quality, leading nanny agency, International Nanny Ltd, this qualification is a way to gain respect from prospective employers. Upon completion of the programme, students will also receive a certificate of completion from OCN-London.

Meet the Academic Team

Sam Sach

Sam is an Early Years teacher from the UK, with Qualified Teacher Status and Early Years Professional status. She has worked across the Early Years sector, including working as a nanny, and has a master's degree in Childhood Studies and Early Years. Sam currently works as a trainer and assessor for Early Years practitioners and Special Educational Needs coordinators, which fits well with her own passion for professional development and raising standards across the sector.

Tamazine Rosa

Tamazine is a qualified teacher with a background in early childhood development. She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Pennsylvania State University, a PGCE from Sunderland University and a BDA Accredited Level 5 Certificate in Dyslexia. During the past 15 years, Tamazine has worked in both private and public sectors of early years and primary education and has held various positions including working as a maternity night nurse, a nanny, a caretaker/educator of young children with Special Needs and a Classroom Learning Specialist. 

Dr. Zaida Rodrigo Pérez

Dr. Zaida Rodrigo has over 20 years of experience in Higher Education, lecturing and researching at an International level.
Zaida holds a PhD in Management; she is a Chartered Marketer and has PGCE.
Zaida has been highly interested in psychology and child development. Therefore, she was awarded a University Certificate in Psychology from Derby University; she is a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator and has a dual Master’s Degree in Child and Adolescent Psychology and Emotional Intelligence.
